Senior UX Designer

Are you excited to become a key contributor to a high-growth scale-up chasing unicorn status? Alongside Ward Seeger, our Director of Product, you’ll spearhead the realization of this vision.

What will you be responsible for?

• Delivering world-class design that differentiates Gain.pro from competitors

• Conceiving killer features alongside our Director of Product

• Rapidly designing and delivering hand in hand with our team of exceptional developers

• Acting as a leading foreman for the UI/UX team currently existing of one UX Designer

• Collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Engineering, Sales and Customer Success

• Testing usability with internal teams to validate your prototypes and designs

• Thinking like an investor: learning how our customers do their work and where we can help

Who are you?

• SaaS UI/UX guru: 6+ years of experience focusing on web- and mobile applications (bonus points for previous fintech exposure), with a track record of delivering fantastic features

• Affinity for data: skilled in making complex insights easy to digest

• Hands-on: you prioritize execution over deliberation and love delivering results

• Velocity mindset: you’ll be working in an environment that’s all about rapid development, growth and expansion. We move as quickly as possible, but not at the expense of quality

• Innovative, critical thinker: our customer use cases are complex; you are eager to learn and push the innovation boundary through deep, critical thinking

• Detail-oriented: you pay rigorous attention to detail in order to deliver a world-class UI & UX

• Available 32-40 hours per week with 2 days per week in our Amsterdam office

• Bonus points:

  • Knowledge of private equity, M&A or consulting

  • Experience within a high-growth SaaS scale-ups
