The opportunity
We are currently on the lookout for a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Agata, Ewa and Julia in driving our 2025 and 2026 recruitment efforts in Europe and the US. In this role, you will take the lead on hiring for positions in our Go-to-Market, Engineering and Private Equity Intelligence departments.
What will you do?
Lead end-to-end recruitment (from job posting to contract preparation) for senior and mid-level roles across multiple functions and geographies (with particular focus on the US, UK and Netherlands)
Drive direct search efforts: identify, approach, and engage high-potential passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies and personalized outreach
Convey our mission to candidates: conduct introductory calls to share the Gain.pro story and assess role and organizational fit
Manage inbound applications: publish job ads, screen incoming CVs, schedule interviews, and ensure timely and respectful feedback to all candidates
Support broader People projects, from recruitment process improvements to employer branding and candidate experience enhancements
What are we looking for?
3-5 years of experience in an end-to-end talent acquisition role
Prior exposure to finance, commercial and IT recruitment is a great advantage
Prior SaaS experience is a great advantage
Proven success in direct search and knowledge of different talent sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and storytelling skills - you know how to spark interest and build relationships with passive candidates
Great prioritization and time management skills
A proactive mindset - you like to take initiative and get things done quickly!
Excellent English, both written and spoken - additional language capabilities and experience gained in an international environment are a great plus
