The opportunity
As a (Senior) Account Manager in our newly established US Account Management team, you’ll play a pivotal role in deepening and expanding our relationships with some of the world’s most prominent financial institutions. Working from our Manhattan office, you will be responsible for unlocking growth across our most strategic accounts — driving expansion, increasing platform adoption, and delivering long-term value.
You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and our wider Commercial teams to shape account strategies and ensure our clients realize the full potential of Gain.pro. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth business, influence our commercial strategy in North America, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Private Equity, M&A, and Consulting.
Your role
Own your portfolio — Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across the US, consistently meeting or exceeding your expansion and retention targets.
Drive expansion — Identify, qualify, and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities across new regions, teams, and use cases.
Build trusted partnerships — Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers to position Gain.pro as a long-term strategic partner.
Strategic planning — Develop tailored account plans aligned with client goals and demonstrate tangible ROI.
Lead complex sales cycles — Take ownership of expansion deals from discovery to close, managing 6-7 figure ARR opportunities.
Champion client success — Partner closely with our CS team to drive adoption, satisfaction, and value realization.
Collaborate cross-functionally — Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to deliver a cohesive client experience.
Be the voice of the customer — Gather feedback and insights to influence product development and strategic priorities.
What you bring
5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles within SaaS, data, or fintech environments.
Proven track record of owning revenue, renewals, and expansion within enterprise accounts.
Strong experience working with or selling to Private Equity, M&A, or Consulting professionals.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
Strategic, analytical thinker with a customer-first mindset and a passion for solving complex business challenges.
Strong academic background, ideally with a degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
Comfortable navigating complex organizations, with experience managing multi-stakeholder engagements.
A collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit, eager to build and grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Willingness to travel for key client meetings and industry events.
What we offer
Competitive base salary and uncapped commission
Health, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) plan with pension contribution
Hybrid work model — 3 days/week in our Manhattan office
