Why are we hiring?

We are hiring a Marketing Operations Assistant to play a pivotal role in streamlining our marketing operations and driving impactful campaigns through data and technical excellence. This role is essential to enhancing our data integrity, enabling the team to make informed decisions and execute high-impact campaigns. You will report directly to the Marketing Programs Manager and collaborate closely with the entire marketing and sales teams located in both London and Bangalore offices.

What will you do as a Marketing Operations Assistant?

  • Own tech platforms: Manage tools including HubSpot, Lusha, and Apollo to support marketing and sales processes.

  • Data ownership: Lead data enrichment, audit projects, and ongoing maintenance. Ensure all CRM lead data is accurate, complete, and properly categorized.

  • Lead management: Review, enrich, and classify inbound leads. Support marketing qualification and scoring processes.

  • Campaign support: Pull targeted lists for campaigns and events. Update CRM post-event notes and create tasks for Account Executives.

  • ABM and direct mail: Source and manage address data for account-based marketing initiatives.

  • Data hygiene: Monitor and resolve email bounce records and ensure accurate contact details.

  • Reporting and analytics: Partner with our RevOps manager to create and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and provide insights.

  • Nurture programs: Support the implementation of automated nurture sequences.

Job requirements

What do you need to join us?

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s in marketing, business, or a related subject; or relevant field experience.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Experience communicating and collaborating with global teams.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Passionate about data-driven marketing and continuous learning.

  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Must-have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations.

  • Experience with HubSpot

  • Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform.

  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred experience:

  • Understanding of lead funnels and audience segmentation.

  • Experience tracking and analyzing digital marketing performance metrics, such as conversion rates and ROI.

  • Excel skills for data manipulation, including formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning.

  • Familiarity with Notion is a plus.
