The opportunity

Following Gain.pro’s rapid global expansion, it’s time to grow our Warsaw-based People team! We’re currently on the lookout for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Agata, Alicja, and Ewa in driving our European recruitment efforts. In this role, you’ll take the lead on hiring for internship and junior-level positions, with a particular focus on Private Equity Intelligence roles (see an example here). This is a great opportunity to have a real impact on our early talent strategy and help shape the future of our team alongside open-minded and ambitious colleagues who continuously aim to ensure the highest recruitment standards.

What will you do?

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for internship and junior-level roles across Europe

  • Manage inbound applications: publish job ads, review CVs, schedule interviews, and provide feedback to rejected candidates

  • Lead outreach to identify and attract passive candidates with high potential

  • Conduct introductory calls to share the Gain.pro story and screen organizational fit

  • Support employer branding initiatives, such as social media activities, university campaigns or recruitment events

  • Participate in broader People projects and suggest ideas to improve recruitment processes

What are we looking for?

  • Min. 6 months of experience in a recruitment or talent sourcing role - preferably in an international environment

  • A strong motivation to grow in the talent acquisition area

  • Great prioritization and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • A proactive mindset — you like to take initiative and get things done quickly!

  • Fluency in English - additional language capabilities are a plus

Bonus if you have:

  • A prior exposure to the finance industry - experience, educational background, or personal interests related to it
