In order to elevate our corporate website, we're seeking a skilled Front-end Engineer to join our global marketing function, In Bangalore. We're looking for a skilled and proactive Front-end Engineer to join our digital team. You'll work closely with marketing, creative and engineering teams to ensure our website is high-performing, error-free, and aligned with our business goals.

As the Front-end Engineer you will:

• Oversee all aspects of the website's codebase, functionality, animations, and integrations with third-party tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Search Console. Additionally, take ownership of custom HTML templates for all customer-facing communication platforms.

• Build and maintain a reusable component library using Framer & React to improve website development speed and consistency.

• Build positive brand perception for Gain.pro through a proactive website monitoring system that delivers a flawless user experience with maximized performance.

• Continuously monitor and analyze website performance to identify areas for improvement.

• Utilize a test-and-learn approach to iteratively improve the website.

• Enhance website performance and user experience by implementing SEO best practices and following Google Page Insights recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customer-service, product and engineering teams, to align website strategies with overall business goals.

• Increase the likelihood of rich results appearing in search results by implementing structured data markup and validation.

What do you need to join us

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Front-End Engineer
  

• The Technical

  • Strong understanding of Web fundamentals - HTML5, CSS, JS, TypeScript.

  • Strong understanding of React.

  • Experience with Framer or similar website builders.

  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile first design principles and the ability to create components that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.

  • Familiarity with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles to create intuitive and visually appealing websites.

  • Understanding web standards and SEO best practices ensuring designs are optimized for search engines and accessible to all users.

  • Experience with API integration: Experienced in integrating third-party APIs to access and process external data.

  • Experience with integrating analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Knowledge of tag management platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium).

• The Creative

  • Strong attention to detail: A keen eye for consistency and precision is essential for translating designs into polished frontend UIs.

  • Collaborate closely with designers to create visually appealing and interactive user interfaces, incorporating animations and other design elements that align with the brand's modern and sleek aesthetic.
